If our truck may get bogged, or may require any outside assistance other than Mechanical, consequent to carrying out your requests, you will need to pay for the cost of Tow / Recovery to get our Truck off Your Property / 3rd Party Property and back on Sealed Road. Our Heavy Recovery Tow Truck costs $345.00 + GST p.h. time from our Brooklyn Base back to Base. You may also need to pay for the Additional Time our Truck is held until its back on Sealed Road. Naturally, our Drivers will do EVERYTHING Possible to position your Container exactly where you would like it, however it is up to the Driver to decide what is Safe and Possible to Carry Out. Ultimately, we should avoid Injury, Property Damage and getting bogged at all cost. Any Doubts or Issues, please call 0414319016.Time on Site: Unless otherwise Quoted, included with your Transport is 20 minutes on site (per container). Can You and our Driver agree that 20min is enough time to complete the delivery? If Not, we are only happy to carry out Your plans as long as it is SAFE and Possible to Complete, however we may need to charge for the ADDITIONAL Service. Please note: Time Charge is from $75.00 per each 15min passed.

What We Do Not Transport
To keep your move simple and avoid unnecessary paperwork, Red Tow does not take on loads that require permits, escorts or complex lifting setups. This ensures fast turnaround, lower cost and minimal red tape for our clients.
We do not transport:
- Oversize structures requiring VicRoads permits
- Loads requiring pilot or escort vehicles
- Large modular or prefabricated homes over 3.5m width
- Buildings exceeding 12m length or 15 tonnes
- Full house relocations (old houses, weatherboard/brick dwellings)
- Extremely remote, 4WD-only access properties
- Items exceeding 3.5m loaded height on the trailer

Not for standard loads. As long as your item is 3.5m wide or under, 12m long, 15T, and below 3.5m loaded height, no permits or escorts are required.
Can you place the building exactly where I need it?
Yes. The SuperTilt allows controlled sliding and winching, making it ideal for precise placement on rural properties, tight driveways and construction sites.
How long does loading and unloading take?

Can you transport tiny homes?
Yes — provided they meet the 12m x 3.5m x 3.5m / 15T limits. Oversize tiny homes requiring escorts are not accepted.

Can you move a container that is partially loaded?
